Woman are said
To be cleaners,
To be housewives,
And to be submissive,
Yet, why do I feel,
That I'm in a jail cell,
When I think of the past,
Yet uncertain of the future?
Men are said to be strong,
Brave, loyal, and yet,
They are the cheaters,
The liars of the biggest kind.
Why am I lonely,
For a man that won't be loyal,
That runs from bravery,
And hides from fear?
Teens are supposed
To make life-changing decisions,
Yet, they are so young,
So inexperienced.
Why is it,
That if we make the future,
We will regret the past,
And never forgive ourselves,
If we make a mistake?
Kids have to follow,
Teens have to lead,
Men run away,
And we woman, are all the same,
But in a different generation.
